Biography

Chawo has over 30 years’ experience in nickel mining, metallurgy and occupational health and safety (SHEQ). He was appointed BNC’s Trojan Mine Process Manager in 2009 having been with the Group since 2000. At Shangani Mine, Chawo was a concentrator superintendent, a position he held until elevation to Mine Process Manager at Trojan. He holds an MBA in International Business Relations.
