Ms. Design Masiya joined BNC as the Industrial Relations Officer, in December 2020, and was promoted to Legal Services Officer in May 2022, a position she holds to date. She was appointed as the Acting Company Secretary on 1 March 2024. A holder of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Kwazulu-Natal, Ms. Masiya is a skilled and results-oriented legal expert with eight years of experience, in the public and private sectors, where she advised corporate and government entities on a wide range of legal matters, including labour and contract law. She has proven ability to pay attention to detail, navigate complex legal issues, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. Her skills include legal research, review, advice, and drafting; civil and criminal litigation; mediation; secretarial; corporate and board governance; compliance; contract management; and sustainability and financial reporting. Ms. Masiya is a member of the Institute of Directors (Zimbabwe).
