Roseline Nhamo joined the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 December 2020. Roseline is a seasoned Human Resources Professional, Strategist, Labour Expert and Consultant, with vast experience in Human Resources, Training and Marketing. She holds an Institute of People Management Zimbabwe (IPMZ) Diploma, a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Nottingham Trent University (United Kingdom). She has won a number of Global awards for Human Resources Leadership Excellence. Roseline has worked in various capacities in both the public and private sectors. She has served on various national assignments including sitting on the Labour Law Advisory Council. She has advised top organisations in Zimbabwe on Strategy and also taken part in international consultancy assignments. Roseline has served on boards in the Financial Services, Insurance, Transport, NGO, and State-Owned Enterprises which include several listed companies. She is a Fellow and Past President of the IPMZ. Roseline is a member of the BNC Nominations, Human Resources and Remuneration Committee (NHR and REMCOM) and SHEQ and CSR Committee.
